Sorry, I don't think there is an English copy. Dr. Payeras only provided this one in Spanish. What you can do is translate the entire document on Google.

As I am unfamiliar with 'google translate', I was initially translating the text page by page to stick within the 5000 word limit, but when I noticed that the text wasn't coherent or as flowing as it should be, I realised that the translation was coming out disrupted due to sentences being cut in half at the end of each line or each page, and then the meaning being shuffled or altered as a result. That's when I noticed the "document" button. The original study document contains a large middle section that contains full pages of graphics with tables and figures etc. It was not possible to put those pages through the translate function. So I separated the text into two separate documents - Doc 1, the text before the graphics, and Doc 2, the text after the graphics. Putting the text as a whole into the translate function produced a much more coherent result. There are still some areas where the lines being bumped to the following line, has disrupted the translation, but mostly its a good translation to give the reader the essential information that Dr Payeras is sharing. Is there a way that I can upload these translated documents into the comments section for others? Or alternatively, would you like me to email them to you and you can post them at the end of the article? It says on the study paperwork, that permission is granted to share this study, in whole or in part, anywhere, as long as credit is given directly to the researchers. I have converted it to Word, the format is not very good, but it is the only thing that can be done. If it is translated that way, it does not give good results.
The only thing I can think of is to edit this word and make it similar to the original, and then translate the word when it is right.
Another solution is to edit the translated PDF with a PDF editor and export the images and translate only the images with the many editors on the Internet, and then replace the PDF page with these images.

The state of "science" is altogether in a rather dismal place. When you look at medical research and see how prominent selection, detection and misclassification bias is, and the shoddy manner data collected; it's hard to prove much conclusively.

I have OCRed the pdf, but it doesn't translate the images either. It will try to convert the pdf to word and translate it.
I have converted it to Word, the format is not very good, but it is the only thing that can be done. If it is translated that way, it does not give good results.
