Josep Miquel Jornet and Rafael Yuste: Neuroscience based on graphene. Part 4

In the previous chapter of "History of a Genocide - XXXI" we were addressing the magnificent study prepared and published by Mike Andersen (pseudonym) answering the reason for inoculating so much graphene material to the entire population, neuromodulation being one of the main objectives. .

In this chapter we will continue along the same lines, but this time we will talk about Dr. Yuste.

Dr. Rafael Yuste is a Spanish neurobiologist, ideologist of the BRAIN project. He is a professor of biological sciences at Columbia University, New York; Currently, his work has focused on deciphering how consciousness and memories work, going so far as to experimentally alter "memories" in laboratory animals.

In June 2021, the Fifth Column broadcast the documentary interview conducted with Dr. Yuste on Spanish Television in May 2021. In it we can see how Dr. Yuste confirms that it is possible to insert images into animals in a NON-INVASIVE way. We know from the studies on graphene oxide that it has long been possible to not only insert images, but also neuromodulate a living being at will. Due to the length of the documentary, I have cut out the most important part of this interview.

In this other video, Dr. Yuste appears at the University of Navarra (Spain) discussing the topics of Neurotechnology, Artificial Intelligence and Neuro-rights.

In this other video by Dr. Yuste he clearly says how they have designed nanoparticles (he does not say what), and how these nanoparticles have been covered by molecular elements such as the PEG hydrogel so that they were not easily detected by the immune system and thus can enter the brain and join neurons. This is something he has done to everyone without their consent.

And in this other cut of a La Quinta Columna program broadcast in April 2024, another interview conducted by Spanish Television with Dr. Yuste was broadcast where the possibility of receiving the Nobel Prize was praised.

Based on international concerns due to the scientific advance of neurotechnologies, Dr. Yuste together with the Chilean senator Guido Girardi together with other specialists on the subject, presented in Chile on October 7, 2020 two bills that seek establish and protect neurorights—the first is a constitutional reform that seeks to integrate mental privacy as a state guarantee, and the second seeks to define and protect the physical and psychological integrity of individuals. The project was positively received by foreign institutions and countries; The United Nations Organization, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and UNESCO are observing the development of this bill, while the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence of Spain has expressed interest in the advancement of this bill. project.

It is really surprising how several countries are considering implementing laws to protect the neurorights of citizens. The idea that our thoughts can be read by others raises intriguing questions. However, with the introduction of graphene oxide to people, this possibility is becoming more and more real. Let us remember the experiment where researchers from the Graphene Flagship partners SISSA in Italy, ICN2 in Spain and the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, in collaboration with the Ribeirão Preto Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo, injected graphene oxide into a rat and, using electromagnetic fields similar to those of telephone antennas, they managed to make the rat lose its fear of its natural predator, the cat.

These laws on the protection of individual neurorights raise ethical and legal questions about people's privacy and autonomy. There has been so much interest in this topic in Spain that in May 2021 a law¹ was approved in Spain which has been called the "Minority Report" Law due to its similarity in some points with the film, a law that has gone unnoticed by the rest of the the citizens. One of its controversial points in Article 9 of the law allows distinctions to be made about people "with respect to whom there are well-founded reasons to presume that they have committed, may commit or collaborate in the commission of a criminal offense." The concept of preventive justice is clearly established. Likewise, Article 15 and 17 of the law states that the "capture, reproduction and processing of personal data by the Security Forces and Corps in the terms provided for in this Organic Law, as well as the preparatory activities, will not be considered illegitimate interferences in the right to honor, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image". Likewise, it is allowed to capture information from citizens with drones. This extreme surveillance with drones is something that comes from China and is being imposed in the European Community.

In the previous chapter we were already seeing how graphene oxide and its derivatives, such as graphene quantum dots and carbon nanotubes (from graphene, of course) have been used in studies to create wireless nanocommunication networks for nanotechnology in the body. human. In this way, we are not surprised by news² like this, which appeared in February 2021: "Korean scientists use the 5G network to detect your emotions and predict crimes."

But how is this possible? 5G alone cannot achieve this, unless people carry some type of device that facilitates communication with each other. And it is precisely graphene that is the material that makes this miracle possible.

They are clearly telling you that with 5G you can read people's feelings, because most of those people already have something inside that was put into them at the beginning of 2021. Although the news is officially presented in a positive way, it is evident that there is a hidden and sinister intention behind this operation. How can you trust a government that tells you to get vaccinated for your own good when what is being injected is not a vaccine? And if you say that people have magnetic arms because of the vaccine, they deny it. Can we trust these people who claim to respect our privacy but want to read your thoughts and feelings?

We sense that many, or all, of the world's presidents were instructed on this Covid project and its future consequences. In this way, the Former President of Chile, Mr. Sebastián Piñera, presented 5G in 2021 as a great cosmic leap. Sebastián said that 5G will open up the possibility that machines can read our thoughts and insert not only thoughts, but also feelings!. This is precisely what the Fifth Column has been repeating every day that was going to happen and this Ex-President is not ashamed to recognize it.

Not only was this president the only one who spoke in these terms of 5G, also the Former President of the United Kingdom, Mr. Boris Johnson, spoke in the same terms in September 2019 at the 74th General Assembly of the Organization of Nations. United, saying that no one will be able to hide their thoughts from this technology.
