In the previous episode (Story of a Genocide - XXIII), we analyzed the shocking confessions of Dr. Mylo Canderian, who is credited with the creation of graphene oxide as a hematological biological weapon in 2015.
In this chapter we will give some tips that have been proven to be effective in combating the damage that graphene oxide causes to human biology.
We know that graphene is a strong oxidant, therefore it will cause a lot of oxidative damage to cells. So logically, everything that is its opposite, that is, antioxidant, will be effective in combating the damage that we were already dealing with in the chapter on the toxicity of this material.
The body itself has its defense mechanisms to combat these oxidative damages produced by the famous free radicals, creating antioxidants. Free radicals are highly unstable and reactive molecules that are generated during natural or artificial processes in the human body. They are highly reactive molecules that can damage cells, proteins, lipids and DNA.
Oxidation is one of the main mechanisms that gives rise to the formation of free radicals. The damage caused by free radicals is known as oxidative stress. When molecules are oxidized, they can lose or gain electrons, turning them into free radicals. For example, the oxygen we breathe is essential for life, but it can also generate free radicals during its normal metabolic use in cells.
An imbalance between the production of free radicals and antioxidants can lead to oxidative stress. Antioxidants, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione, and others, neutralize free radicals by donating extra electrons. Maintaining a proper balance between antioxidants and free radicals is crucial for health and disease prevention.
For this reason, if we introduce a material such as graphene into the body, where its oxidative damage also depends on the electromagnetic fields it absorbs, the body will try to combat this damage with its own antioxidants. But since the damage is permanent, there comes a time when these endogenous antioxidants cannot neutralize the damage caused due to their depletion, and that is when the body enters chronic inflammation. The damage accumulated by free radicals is related to diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and neurodegenerative diseases.
Types of antioxidants
Antioxidants play a very important role in this issue, as they protect our cells from damage caused by free radicals. By neutralizing them, antioxidants help prevent disease.
Endogenous antioxidant
Endogenous antioxidants are substances produced naturally by the human body that help neutralize free radicals and protect cells from oxidative damage. These endogenous antioxidants include enzymes such as superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase, which work together to combat the negative effects of free radicals on the body. These antioxidants play an important role in cellular health and the prevention of diseases related to oxidative stress.
The human body has internal systems to produce antioxidants. Some of the key mechanisms are:
Antioxidant enzymes: These enzymes, such as superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase, neutralize free radicals by converting them into less harmful forms.
Small Molecules: The body also synthesizes glutathione, a crucial antioxidant found in all cells and helps protect DNA and proteins. The analyzes carried out on patients with severe Covid (i.e. graphene poisoning) showed that glutathione levels were low. On the other hand, we know that at a certain age, glutathione production is reduced, starting at 65 years of age. This is why we saw in 2020 how those most affected by Covid were the elderly.
The body also synthesizes vitamin D with the sun. This vitamin is synthesized in the skin when exposed to sunlight. The sun's ultraviolet B rays interact with a type of cholesterol present in the skin, converting it into vitamin D. This form of vitamin D is then processed by the liver and kidneys to convert it into its active form, which is what the body needs to fulfill their functions.
Something similar happens with vitamin E as with vitamin D.
Endogenous antioxidants are essential to neutralize free radicals and prevent oxidative stress.
Exogenous Antioxidant
Exogenous antioxidants are substances that come from sources external to the body and that help neutralize free radicals and protect cells from oxidative damage. These substances can come from the diet, such as vitamins C and E, beta-carotenes, minerals such as zinc and selenium, among others. They can also be found in dietary supplements.
Exogenous antioxidants play an important role in preventing diseases related to oxidative stress, such as premature aging, cardiovascular diseases and cancer.
In summary, our body has a sophisticated network of endogenous antioxidants and depends on the intake of exogenous antioxidants through diet to maintain health and prevent oxidative stress. It is always important to include a variety of fruits, vegetables and other antioxidant-rich foods in our daily diet to stay healthy.
Antioxidant supplements
One of the main challenges we face today is finding effective ways to combat oxidative stress caused by graphene oxide. Fortunately, there are measures that can be taken to minimize its harmful effects and protect the health of people exposed to this substance. It is crucial to research and develop innovative strategies to counteract the harmful effects of graphene oxide, thus ensuring a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Let's look at some tips and products that we should take when counteracting the harmful effects of graphene oxide on the body. Something very important to keep in mind with supplements is that they are not for life. These have excipients that must be taken into account. It is preferable to eat foods that naturally contain these substances.
1. GLUTATHIONE
Glutathione is a peptide composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glycine and glutamate. It is a crucial antioxidant molecule in the human body, as it protects cells against oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals and helping to regenerate other antioxidants such as vitamin C and vitamin E.
Glutathione also plays an important role in the immune system, helping to fight infections and diseases. Additionally, it is essential for detoxifying the body by binding to toxins and heavy metals and helping to eliminate them from the body.
As we age, the body's ability to produce glutathione decreases due to a variety of factors, such as declining kidney and liver function, continued exposure to environmental toxins, and oxidative stress accumulated over the years. It is for this reason that older people were more affected by Covid poisoning (Graphene + Antennas) than children or young people whose levels are optimal. This is shown by this study, which shows that glutathione deficiency results in more severity and deaths from Covid: Endogenous Deficiency of Glutathione as the Most Likely Cause of Serious Manifestations and Death in COVID-19 Patients1.
Taking a Glutathione supplement will effectively combat the harmful effects of graphene. But in the Fifth Column it is preferred to take NAC instead of glutathione since NAC causes glutathione to be produced endogenously.
IMPORTANT: Excessive use of paracetamol is known to reduce glutathione levels. So it is not advisable to take it if you are suffering from the harmful effects of graphene on the body2.
2. NAC
N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is a compound used as a dietary supplement and medicine in some diseases. It is mainly used to treat respiratory conditions, such as chronic bronchitis and pulmonary fibrosis, as it is a great expectorant for coughs.
NAC has also been studied in the treatment of psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder, due to its ability to increase glutathione levels in the body.
There are studies that show that NAC is effective in protecting against the strong oxidative stress produced by graphene oxide, since NAC reduces the loss of glutathione mediated by graphene oxide3.
Although NAC is generally considered safe, it is important to consult a doctor before starting to take it to make sure it is suitable for each specific case. Normally you take one pill dissolved in water a day. Keep in mind that if you have bronchitis or a cough with a lot of expectoration, taking NAC may produce more mucus and be counterproductive. It is not recommended for people with gastric ulcers or asthma. Always consult a doctor if you have any respiratory pathology.
If you are healthy, there is no problem taking NAC from time to time, a couple of times a week. This will cause the body to generate glutathione naturally and combat the oxidative damage of graphene.
3. Zinc
Zinc is an essential mineral for the human body found in foods such as beef, seafood, nuts, whole grains, and dairy products. It is necessary for the functioning of the immune system, wound healing, proper growth and development, as well as for the maintenance of skin, hair and nails. It has been shown that zinc may also have mental health benefits, such as improving mood and cognition.
Zinc protects against oxidative damage and reduces inflammation. Its action is relevant in the prevention of chronic diseases
It is important to note that taking too much zinc can cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and weakness. Therefore, it is advisable to follow the directions of a health professional when taking zinc supplements. A couple or one pill a week would be ideal.
4. Vitamin C
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that is essential for the growth and repair of tissues in the body. It is an antioxidant that helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals and improves the absorption of iron in the body.
Vitamin C is found in foods such as citrus fruits, strawberries, broccoli, peppers and kiwi. Vitamin C deficiency can cause scurvy, a disease characterized by weakness, fatigue, bleeding gums, dry, rough skin, and other health problems.
Adults are recommended to consume between 75 and 90 mg of vitamin C per day, but this amount can vary depending on age, gender, and other individual factors. It is important to get enough vitamin C through diet or supplements, since the body cannot produce it on its own.
5. Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is a form of vitamin D that is obtained primarily through sun exposure and certain foods such as fatty fish, fortified dairy products, and eggs.
It has been proven that vitamin D can modulate the activity of enzymes that participate in the synthesis and recycling of glutathione, which indicates a possible relationship between both compounds. In this way, it has been observed that a vitamin D deficiency can be associated with a decrease in glutathione levels.
Vitamin D3 plays an important role in maintaining the health of bones and teeth, as it helps the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body, in addition to being a good antioxidant. It has also been linked to the proper functioning of the immune system, the regulation of blood pressure, cardiovascular health, and the prevention of chronic diseases such as osteoporosis.
Vitamin D3 deficiency can lead to health problems such as bone weakness, fractures, osteomalacia in adults and rickets in children. Therefore, it is recommended to maintain adequate levels of vitamin D3 through sun exposure, diet and, in some cases, supplementation.
It is possible to obtain vitamin D through sun exposure, since our skin can synthesize it naturally. However, as we age, the skin may become less receptive to the production of this vitamin, which is why it is recommended to consume it in supplement form.
In 2020, it was shown that the administration of this vitamin intravenously to people in severe Covid (i.e. graphene poisoning) in the ICU resulted in a significant improvement in just a few days. Even vitamin D supplementation reduced the fatal risk of Covid, as noted in this study from April 2020: Evidence that Vitamin D Supplementation Could Reduce Risk of Influenza and COVID-19 Infections and Deaths4.
6. Melatonin
Melatonin is a hormone that is produced naturally in the human body and is involved in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. It is produced in the pineal gland and its production is influenced by light and darkness.
Melatonin can also be found in dietary supplement form and is primarily used to treat sleep disorders, such as insomnia. It has been shown that melatonin can help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, improve sleep quality, and regulate circadian rhythm.
Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant, one of the most powerful, that plays a crucial role in protecting our cells and preventing chronic diseases. The natural production of melatonin decreases significantly after the age of 40. That's why many people take melatonin supplements to improve sleep quality.
It is important to note that melatonin is generally considered safe when taken in adequate doses and for short periods of time. However, some people may experience mild side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, headaches, or irritability.
We have verified in this unreal world that we have had to live in, that telephone antennas usually emit much more radiation after 3 in the morning. This type of electromagnetic radiation is known to inhibit the production of melatonin. This will prevent you from sleeping properly and will affect general fatigue.
I advise against taking liquid melatonin. I have verified in a well-known brand in my country that it is full of graphene. Other people on the Mira al Microscopio channel have also corroborated the same thing in others. However, the False Dissidence, who we all know are criminals paid to hide the truth, deny that the graphene ribbons, graphene sheets and graphene filaments that can be seen in these images are graphene, and instead They call hydrogel. They are precisely identical images to those reported by Dr. Campra, the scientific literature or those shown by companies that market graphene.
7. Astaxanthin
Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid pigment found in certain foods such as salmon, trout, shrimp, and crustaceans. It is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can be beneficial for cardiovascular, eye, and skin health. It has been shown that astaxanthin can protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce inflammation in the body. In addition, it has been suggested that it can improve physical endurance and muscle recovery in athletes.
8. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)
The body produces it endogenously. This coenzyme is an essential antioxidant that plays a crucial role in cell growth and maintenance. As we age, CoQ10 levels in the body tend to decrease.
CoQ10 acts as a powerful antioxidant, protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals. This can help prevent chronic diseases and premature aging.
CoQ10 is involved in energy production in the mitochondria. It helps convert food into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy source used by cells. Taking CoQ10 supplements can improve mitochondrial function and increase energy levels.
CoQ10 has been shown to benefit heart health. It can help lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
9. Quercetin
Quercetin is a flavonoid found in many plant foods, such as onions, apples, berries, and tea. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, so it has been studied for its potential health benefits, such as reducing the risk of heart disease, improving the immune system, and reducing inflammation.
10. Milk Thistle
Milk thistle is a medicinal plant known for its ability to protect and regenerate the liver. It is commonly used in supplements to treat liver conditions such as cirrhosis, hepatitis, and liver damage caused by the consumption of alcohol or other toxic substances.
Milk thistle supplements typically contain a standardized extract of the plant, known as silymarin, which is the active compound responsible for its medicinal properties. Silymarin is believed to work by protecting liver cells from damage caused by toxic substances, reducing inflammation and promoting regeneration of liver tissue.
Milk thistle supplements are considered safe when taken at recommended doses, but may cause mild side effects such as headache, upset stomach, and diarrhea in some people. It is important to consult with a health professional before taking any supplement, especially if you have a diagnosed liver condition or are taking other medications.
11. Zeolite
Zeolite is a mineral formed by a series of hydrated aluminum silicates found in volcanic deposits and due to its porous structure it has the ability to absorb and desorb other substances. It is used in various industrial applications as a gas and liquid adsorbent, water filter, catalysis, ion exchange, among others. It is also used in agriculture as an additive to improve soil quality and increase water and nutrient retention.
Zeolite can act as a chelator due to its porous structure and its ability to adsorb heavy metals and other compounds on its surface. This means that zeolite can bind to certain metals and unwanted elements in the body, helping to eliminate them through urine and feces. This makes it a popular choice as a detoxifying and detoxifying supplement.
Warning: Again, as Dr. Sevillano reminds us, these supplements taken in pills should not be taken for life, since there are certain excipients that we do not know what harm they may cause. It is advisable to take it from time to time so that the body does not get used to them and their effect is less.
The False Dissidence has always been hiding graphene in vaccines, and they avoid by all means talking about Dr. Campra, who was the first doctor to demonstrate in 2021 the existence of graphene oxide in vaccines, as well as other doctors from different parts of the world that have corroborated the work of Dr. Campra, as we already saw in chapter XV.
He introduces graphene ribbons and graphene micro sheets and calls them hydrogel. And they do so without presenting any evidence or chemical analysis of the structures they see. Of course, what they do has nothing to do with science.
The hydrogel, a product that is declared in the package insert, has been used in medicine since 1930 without any problems. And it intends to attribute the deaths since 2021 to this product and not to the content inside the hydrogel, graphene, which is not declared.
We have one more proof in this chapter. We know that the hydrogel is not an oxidant in the body, therefore antioxidants should not offer an improvement in Covid patients, however we see that they do work. Therefore, the hydrogel does not explain the symptoms of Covid.
Graphene is a very powerful oxidant and that is why taking antioxidants combats the damage it produces and the patient improves.
We will finish the topic of antioxidants with a video from La Quinta Columna with the same recommendations given here.
Dental Consultations
There are several of you who have asked about this topic, what to do if you have to go to the dentist? I was already talking about this in previous chapters and we know that sooner or later when we will go to the dentist. And we easily forget the fact that dental anesthetics contain the same toxic material as Covid vaccines, causing the same problems.
It has been proven that ALL dental anesthetics contain reduced graphene oxide. Although it is true that local anesthetic sprays and gels can do the job, they are not useful for root canals, much less implants. Even many dentists discard the latter in fillings. Both sprays and gels contain reduced graphene oxide. It is also contained in the filling mass to make it more resistant. This is perhaps the most likely reason why more and more patients with fillings are experiencing pain in these fillings due to the increased electromagnetic radiation from the antennas.
And what can we do then? Let us remember that dentistry is a branch of medicine. And let's not forget who has financed this all this time. Of course, with the data we have today, any intelligent person would tell you that the less you step on a query the better. Let's see what to do in each case:
If we have to go to the dentist for a filling, do it without anesthesia, this way we avoid graphene.
If we have to have a root canal that requires several graphene punctures, since they are going to inevitably puncture you, let them do it to remove the piece, this way you ensure that you will never have more graphene punctures for this piece. This can be replaced with a removable one.
Implants discarded.
But what does science say about all this? There are many studies on this matter, of which I have chosen some of them. Let's see the dangers of each of these points.
FILLINGS
Current fillings do not contain mercury. These are more durable but more dangerous. In this 2019 study, Rethinking the Dental Amalgam Dilemma: An Integrated Toxicological Approach5, the presence of this toxin is dangerous for human health, as it releases part of the filling, which means that the diet should also be monitored for those foods that could contribute more mercury to our biology.
Then there are fillings that contain graphene. In this 2022 study, Research on Graphene and Its Derivatives in Oral Disease Treatment6, the authors address the topic of graphene nanomaterials in dentistry, especially in caries, periodontitis therapy, and implant coatings. However, the study shows that although it is a resistant material, bacteria can act on it and thereby release part of the material into our biology.
ENDODONTICS
In the magnificent documentary called Root Cause, Dr. Minkkof begins with these words: There is no branch of medicine in which a dead organ, whether tissue or organ, is not removed, except in dentistry. Several other doctors affirm the same in the documentary and warn of the health dangers of root canals and implants. I highly recommend watching said documentary. Although at the beginning there is a presentation in Spanish, you can translate it with the option that YouTube has or go directly to the documentary.
It is common for the dentist to make errors in endodontics, with the consequent problems that this can cause for the patient in the future, as reflected in the previous documentary. In this sense, in the following 2010 study, Risk management in endodontics7, the authors analyzed the complaints of negligence reported at Medical Consultants International Company (MCI) in Israel between the years 1992-2008, of which 72.2% were they considered justified.
The study concludes that the technical skills of dentists performing root canal treatments require improvement. All possible risks and complications must be considered and explained to the patient before treatment, an aspect not carried out by dentists.
Another problem that this practice could cause is vertical root fracture (VRF) after root canal treatment (RCT). This is reflected in this other study from 2012, Medico-legal aspects of vertical root fractures in root filled teeth8.
In this other study from 2005, Endodontic problems9, it is recognized that in this practice, problems will inevitably occur. And problems as serious as periapic periodontitis.
In this other study from 2000, Root canal treatment and general health: a review of the literature10, the authors comment on how in the 20th century the progress of endodontics was restricted due to the focal infection theory, suggesting that bacteremia, or associated bacterial endotoxins following root canal treatment can cause potential systemic complications. Although the study concludes that it is necessary to determine whether root canal therapy is actually exacerbating or causing health problems, it is true that many dentists have refused to perform root canal treatment citing research conducted 70 or 80 years ago, and that very well They could be hiding the truth in this branch of medicine, as often happens.
Root canals can be done without anesthesia as long as the nerve is dead. I had one done without anesthesia, there was no pain except for the equipment they use to fill it. I started with discomfort when drinking hot and cold drinks. Then a slight pain appeared. Water and salt mouthwashes work very well. I was like this for about a week and a half. Then the slight pain disappeared. I was like this for months until I got an infection. The only effective thing in this case is antibiotics. Once the pain disappeared I went to the dentist and had the root canal done without anesthesia. I didn't want to go through the same thing I went through in the summer of 2022 again.
THE IMPLANTS
They are the most dangerous, and among the many problems they cause, it is worth highlighting that they can cause rejection, and that means more graphene. Over time the bone mass is lost and the screw possibly begins to move, and this therefore means more future graphene. They can cause infection, and that means more graphene.
In the following 2015 study, Dental Implant Complications11, the authors state that implant complications have been increasing, with biomechanical overload and infection or inflammation being the most important, in addition to implant fracture, loosening, infection, cement inflammation subgingival, failure to preserve bone and soft tissue, injury to surrounding structures and other complications.
To cite other studies of the numerous ones there are, we have two studies from 2012 and 2013, Osteonecrosis associated with dental implants in patients undergoing bisphosphonate treatment12, and Oral bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws in dental implant patients: a case series13 , where the authors talk about mandibular necrosis related to dental implants, a problem that these can also cause.
For those people who have to inoculate anesthesia with graphene because they have no choice, La Quinta Columna devised a system they called: Sevillano-Ricardo magneto-terminate technique. This technique consists of heating the vial to body temperature, making downward passes with magnets to the vial and taking only 1/3 of the anesthesia (I recommend that you collect that 1/3 directly from the vial without moving it, instead of introducing it into the dental file.
Ricardo confirmed several times that with this method the amount of graphene seen under the microscope is reduced by 90%. But it does not completely eliminate graphene. He left here a video explaining this technique and another from Dr. Zelada. Hydrogel is not magnetic, grefen is, at body temperature, therefore here is further proof that what is seen under the microscope is grefen and not hydrogel as certain criminals try to hide.
We live in a century where THEY have imposed on society the banner of aesthetics as something essential and important. Knowing that today we are in a new normal and that we will not return to the old one, we must weigh whether it is better to live healthy until the end, or on the contrary, present a smile that will surely have an expiration date.
In the next chapter we will see the research of several doctors confirming that graphene from vaccinated people is transmitted to unvaccinated people. Therefore a new recommendation would be to avoid vaccinated people.
Magnificent article. Thank you very much for these important tips. We must take them into account in this reality that we have had to live
So I should cancel my dentist appointment on Monday
